NEW YEAR’S EVE

Late lunch is included

 Tickets are $15.00, available at the bar in the Clubroom.

 

Currently we are open every Wednesday from 4-10 p.m.  Chase the Queen draw at 8:30; Thursday from 4-10 p.m. Crib at 7; Friday from 4-close Meat Draw at 6:30; Saturday 2-close Meat Draw; Darts at 7

 

Sunday, Dec. 10    BINGO Pots will be played off.

Doors open at 1:00. Early Bird 1:45.

 Last Saturday Of The Month Dinner 

Chicken Skewers, Rice Pilaf, Vegetable and Dessert. 

Tickets are $12.50, available at the bar in the Clubroom.

 

Currently we are open every Wednesday from 4-10 p.m.  Chase the Queen draw at 8:30; Thursday from 4-10 p.m. Crib at 7 in season; Friday from 4-close Meat Draw at 6:30; Saturday 2-close Meat Draw and Darts

 

NEWS from the Minutes 

  The Executive Meeting was held at 7 p.m. on Sept.  12 , followed at 8 p.m. by the General Meeting.

 

  The Entertainment/Special Events committee reports that  Diskmen is the band for Vet’s Dinner Nov.4/23. They are looking into having Mandy Ducharme play for last Saturday of the month dinner. Legion week October 14th.

 

  Catering Chair Cde. T. Taplin wishes to thank all the volunteers who helped with the pancake breakfast

 

  The Building & Maintenance committee reports that the water leak from the softener was repaired. They will contact Pullman regarding HVAC maintenance; if he cannot do it, they will contact Commercial Comfort. Weather stripping on handicap doors needs replacing.

 

  President- Cde. Tim Williams reports that Chase the Queen is at $3500 with pot going up by $100 plus every week.  There will be a Last Saturday of the month dinner on September 30. We were successful in getting the dinner for Vitera on February 6, 2023. Wendy Maxwell resigned as cleaner for the clubroom and Linda McIntyre has taken over. Thank you to all volunteers for helping with this year’s quarry days.
