From the Minutes: 

COMMITTEE REPORTS

  All information for Publicity (Calendar cards, Newsletter and Website) must be handed in by the 20^th of the month so that all instruments can be published by the end of the month.

  Entertainment on April 19 will be Dreamcatchers Celtic Country Music from 2-5 in the Club Room. They will be selling their own tickets and doing their own advertising. Price per ticket will be $15.00.

  Sick & Visiting – Cde. J. Gray- sympathy card Ssnt to Cde.M Monk for Cde. N Monk. Sympathy card to Brenda O’Dell. Get well card to Cde. G Allan. Sympathy card to B. Scott family.

  Building & Maintenance- Cde. G. Deprez- Cleaning and waxing of hall floor is in progress, and we are looking into the water softener issue. Painting of Clubroom is on hold.

  Service Officer- Cde. M. Barda-There have been inquiries about funerals, headstones etc. The Last Post Fund has an information package on a Veterans Affairs Funeral &Burial Program that is available in the office.

  Membership- Cde. C. Fedon reports that we have 2 new members.

  President-Cde. T Williams reports that the Spring Fling dinner will take place on March 22. Quotes for Push No More are approved.

NEW BUSINESS

  The Deep Fryer has had an over haul and will be back in service Feb.13.

  Saturday Meat Draw – we want to make a schedule for the Saturday afternoon meat draws and need volunteers to sign up for one afternoon a month -- nothing to do except show up and sell tickets.  Thanks to Jim and Teresa for doing January 25.
